The preliminary examination of need was thorough and the estimate was reasonable. Accent offered important fittings and seals to assure a lasting outcome. I was impressed with the company's professionalism and trustworthiness. The work began and was completed as proposed. I was also very impressed that payment was only expected after their multiple inspections and my full satisfaction. I highly recommend Accent.

*** came out and was on time to fix my roof . **** called to follow up on the repair and so far it is not leaking.I have always used Accent for my roofing needs and will continue to do so.

Three years ago, our neighbor had Accent Roofing re-shingle her house, and my wife and I were impressed with their work. So, when it came time for the shingles on our house and carport to be replaced, we contacted Accent Roofing. ************************* used a drone to examine our roof and carefully explained what he found using the drone pictures. Over the next few days, as we were making decisions about shingle options and dates for doing the work, ******* always responded promptly. On the day the work was to be done, eight folks arrived a little after 7:00 a.m., covered all the foliage with tarps, and quietly set about striping off the old shingles, repairing some decking, and putting on the new shingles. In the process, they painted all the vent pipes and put on new boots or turtle covers. Note that I said quietly there was friendly conversation and laughter, but no radios or music. During the day, ************************* took drone pictures of the stripped roofs (house and carport) so we could see the decking repairs and, at the end, the finished result. Then he E-Mailed the 21 pictures to us so we can have a record of what was done. We now have a roof with a 25 year materials-and-labor warranty that will transfer to a new owner if / when we decide to sell. (Note that the shingles themselves have a 50 year warranty.)

Accent Roofing installed a new roof, ridge vents, flashing, drip edges and painted the chimney cap. They were punctual and completed the job in one day. *******, the crew chief, was professional and courteous. Clean up was excellent. A couple of window screens were damaged but they are repairing them. Highly recommended.

Accent Roofing repaired the gutters and added water diverters above two windows. *** was a very professional service technician and went through photographs of the actual repairs after the work was completed. Very pleased with this service.

Accent roofing did a wonderful job on my roof. They were recommended by my brother and I was the third family members roof that they have done. The customer ********************** from *************************** was awesome. I loved how he was knowledgeable and walked me through the process from beginning to end. I received phone calls from **** and ******* informing of each step that was taking place before it was done (dumpster being dropped off, crew coming, etc.). The crew, ****** crew, completed the job and cleanup by 2pm (like 6 1/2 to 7 hours). The supervisor, *************************, walked me through the inspection process and answered any of my questions. He was super cool and professional! I would truly recommend Accent Roofing to other family members and friends!
