My husband and I bought a car from That Car Place Inc. on March 22th 2022 and it got inspected March18th 2022. After receiving the car there was a shaking/ vibration, pulling to right going on, I called ***** **** explained what was happening, brought car in I believe the following week. I was told that new brakes, two rotors on front wheels done & wheel alignment. I picked up the car, I was still feeling the vibration still, called 2 days later brought the car back in April6th, got a wheel rotation done I was told. I have no paperwork showing what real work was done. Brought car home again, still felt some vibration going on. Got my husband to verify that there was still a problem with the car. I called ***** twice, left two messages with secretary , no return calls back. My husband called and explained what was happening with the car vibration, now it was on the right front side. We suggested we bring it to our mechanic and see what the problem was. My mechanic ******* **** found that right rear tire had a plug in sidewall which is a safety issue, and the left rear tire had a shifted belt, that is safety as well. Two different sets of tires on the vehicle. So we Finally got an answer to what was happening. I explained to ***** that we would like our mechanic to fix car as we have our vehicle at That Car Place mechanic and he didn't find the problem after twice bringing it there and now finding out safety issues were in play. I asked ***** if he could cover the cost since his mechanic couldn't resolve the issue and I was told that he would cover the cost of tires that his mechanic would find himself. I had mentioned that they That Car Place should be paying for this as the mechanic isn't doing his job correctly and safely. ***** then replied back to me on the phone saying he will etransfer me the money of the cost of what his mechanic finds for tires. My dispute is that That Car Place should be paying me in full what I just paid $406.72 for the tires.
