              I'm on the process of buying a home. The mortgage company requested a raport regarding my student loan. I contacted them and they put me on hold for hours. I tried next day and no option to talk with a agent, just robot. I tried again another day and now the phone number is not available. I don't understand this s**** attitude, I want just a raport!

              I would give them a 0 if possible. I've had with MOHELA for less than a year and I have too many problems to count. I had ***************** for years and never experienced this many problems. I've called MOHELA more times this year than I ever called MyFedLoan. At this point, I think MOHELA's mistakes are intentional and a way to prevent people from reaching their 120th payment and apply for PSLF. This makes no sense. MOHELA has consistency made mistakes processing my paperwork and have not been honoring my requests to fix their mistakes. I am always on hold with customer service for hours just to be hung up on. How are they still in business given their pending lawsuits and long history of poor customer service
